HEYYYY!! :) Yes yes, I know my blog is dying! But this is what makes my blog worth looking forward to right?!?! hahaha. :P Anyway, yep, 23/05, the day A GREAT PERSON was born has just passed! :) Ok, I shall not go into elaborated details like how GREAT BABIES were born on this WONDERFUL day lo, I mean I think it'd probably take a few days to illustrate the importance of the people born on this day. HAHA. But anyway in short, I'll just copy the words that I typed in uma's blog post when she was dedicating the birthday post for me. (Yes, I played a part in her post that day! :) )

Ok, I shall stop ego-ing and update on my life! First up.

THANKS EVERYONE WHO WISHED ME BIRTHDAY IN ONE WAY OR ANOTHER YEA!! :) haha yepp lazy to list but I'm really grateful for all the birthday-wishes through sms, facebook, tags or whatever means yo!!! :)

And then...THANKS THOSE WHO CELEBRATED MY BIRTHDAY WITH ME IN ONE WAY OR ANOTHER TOO! :)

Ok, 1st up, recent movie outing with hockey people at cine to catch angels and demons! It was a nice and exciting show! Speaking from the perspective of a non-reader though, and I've no intentions to read the book yet cause I got a feeling I'll sleep halfway reading. I'm more of a visual person you see. And its being like years since I've read books other than harry potter lo, ok and maybe twilight, which I stopped halfway at 2nd book too hehe. :P

And then...on friday which is like 1 day before my birthday. School was slack as usual since there are only lectures this 2 weeks, ended early but had to wait for the j1 hockers to end their school. Supposed to mug with dolly from 1-4+pm while waiting for the rest, but I ended up chatting my whole afternoon with uma, jadeng and cherry. Yea, fun man. Just chilling around, chatting and just playing. We chatted about alot of stuff, haha, like top10 things you want to do before you die, top10 people you love, top10 things you like to do. Hmm, quite thought-provoking and couldn't generate much that point in time, maybe I'll think about it more in my freetime and blog if I've extra time lols. :)

After that, when everyone is here, we proceeded to buddy hoagies! :) For both the angel and mortal revelation and my birthday celebration. We took near to 200 pics on my cam, and probably another 200 pics in xingjuan's cam. HAHA. In less than 3-4hours. Marvelous, fantastic, absolute proness. :) Ok, I'll upload it soon on facebook alright, or pass me thumbdrive, get from msn whatever means you want.

Ate 1st, before we finally revealed all our angel and mortal things. We had to guess our angel, forfeit for those who got it wrong(which is not done yet). Our revelation was kinda like survival style, like everyone write on a piece of paper your mortal, and the person whom you think is your angel to ensure you will not change your answer halfway. Then...yahh we went one round asking each one who they think is their angel, and then they will be grouped into 3 groups by dolly who have the answers. Only 1 group needs to do the forfeit. haha, and obviously at the end, liu and vinnie's group is the one lah lols.

With my mortal dolly khoo. Which was like totally revealed on the 1st day of exchange can. EHH OMG I REALLY trieedd to disguish my handwriting, my style of writing(tried to act like junior) in the very 1st letter k. Even asking siqi and chiensiew to help me write. But all it takes was JUST A SMALL PARAGRAPH(less than 25words) and dolly knew its me. DARNN. haha, on the day we got our mortal's name dolly was like 'ehh, the moment you take out yours I'll know its you already lor'. OMG, at that point of time only I knew it ok, so hilarious lah.

Ok, and the next day OMGG I got tricked totally totally by my mascoters(I seriously don't know how to call you all) of NJ117. Its a long story of how they tricked me lah. Its like, I accidentally saw ness messaging my sis on thursday, intial plan failed, then they made me think they are crashing my house on sat morning. I was still wondering whether letting me know the plan was part of another plan. I was supposed to go out with my sis on sat's noon, but my sis told me on friday night to push it earlier to 11+ in sat morning. I thought their real plan was tricking me out now. Then ness suddenly messaged me that they are not coming my house at fri night, with really convincing reasons and damn apologetic can. I thought it was true, but I was also wondering whether they are trying to trick me out still. Well, the fact that I was really tricked in the end, must thanks my sis too for her superb acting also can. haha.

And now...begins how my saturday went. How my whole afternoon spent with my sister was lived in delusion and deceive. HAHA. First, she told me our outing was pushed earlier cause her boyfriend's side nephew had a birthday celebration later too. So yes, around 2+ to 3pm when her boyfriend calls she'll have to leave. Need to hurry so on. I did ask her about my friends contacting her but now that I recall, she seems to give quite limited information then.So we cabbed down to novena where I wanted to shop for my new bag. Everything was in a rush, eating at the thai place was a rush, shopping was a rush. I genuinely thought she gotta meet up with her boyfriend soon, you know with the constant calls with her bf so on. Couldn't find any so cabbed to heerens to search for more. I think I'm going to end up getting a crumpler though, saw one really nice billabong bag! But think the crumpler is more suitable for school I guess. :) All the random cabbings to randon places totally destroy any guesses that the gang are actually trying to trick me out lah.

And wowww, my sis was actually plotting alot of things already while we were shopping can. She starts asking like 'ohh, do you want to get some stuff for your friends later for your gathering then?" cause we saw some nice chocolates. Then yea, I thought of the netball gathering later so I just said ok lo. Totally never suspect that its actually meant for the gang lah since I really didn't suspect that they are coming my house anymore. Got my favourite macarons! :) hahax, from canele. Wahh, totally tempted to eat leh. Then my sister said she's thirsty, went to the supermarket at paragon and I thought she's getting drinks to drink now. Then she came out with two 1.5litres of coke, hahaha, I was like totally "huh??". Such a big bottle how to drink it now lols. Then she said cause it's my mother's favourite drink, which is true lah. Got potato chips also. OMGG, can't believe that she managed to set up the whole trick while shopping with me still, and constantly contacting with the gang lor throughout. haha.

Cabbed home, before my sister went to meet up with her boyfriend somewhere else while I went home, wanting to sleep first before the netball gathering. And then...just as I was ABOUT to go to sleep, the bell rang like nobody's business. OMG then I saw derek outside with a cake, then I heard laughters from the side, then the rest came out, wahh obviously it was a prank surprise right. But yeaa lahh, I WAS REALLY REALLY REALLY VERY SURPRISED LOR WHEN I SEE THEM. Cause its already late afternoon so I didn't expect the surprise.

Don't know whether it's really because I'm blur or just that the plan was too good. haha, but I would say it was wonderful collaboration between you guys and my sister, and fantastic acting by both my sister and you all lah. :) And amazingly, I think my whole family was informed of the surprise cause NOBODY was AT HOME when I reached home after shopping with my sis.

And then...was supposed to have a netball dinner, and also the supposedly threesome bdae celebration. Wahh, but it was cancelled suddenly like 1 hour before the dinner, due to bad attendance caused by urgent matters that cropped up. It was cancelled consecutively for 2 weeks at the last minute already, it's being quite long since I've met up with the netballers manzzz. But anw, this sudden cancellation screwed up my evening plans, so yah ended up in total boredom while waiting for my family to return home, while my sis and her bf came home to watch rented movies. (obviously the nephew's bdae thing is a fake too haha).

Oh yea, recently just celebrated my bro's one too. :) He's 26 though, much older than me. wahahaha.

Alright, and on monday, hahaha, a few of us went to watch night at museum 2 at j8!! :) DAMMN FUNNY AND RETARDED OMG LAH. :) It's really a very funny show lo. :) Ate, movied, ate abit more, before I went to bishan lib to 'mug' with ness while shes waiting for her jap. :) hahaha, kinda failed. As you can see from the pics we took lols. Oh yes, I finally got to sit inside the kinda like container ones. Soo coool! :)

NJ Hockey 08'09

I'm finally here to update! :) Yes, I know it's being VERY very long since I've really blogged a long long post about my life. So yea here goes today. hahax. Be prepared, for a uber long post.

Yesterday, which is a friday, was a typical school day. Sort of a last day of school kind too. haha, the bored 4 of us started camwhoring in class yo. :)

And then today, was college day. And our class, sadly, whole class have to attend. haha, but well, it was quite interesting in a sense that our class ended up camwhoring most of the time with our RED TIE! :) Eh, its being eons since I've worn a tie! Kinda miss the feeling of wearing a tie, it feels rather smart wearing a tie eh. haha. Most pictures are with jeaness, which I'll probably have to wait for about another 123456789 years before she'll upload. :)

The only 1 photo in my camera with me in my red tie! Together with liu and pam. :) For once I remembered to wear my collar pin too wahaha.

After that, it was SUPPOSED to be a CLASS LUNCH. hahaha, but well, the turnout was quite bad, ok, VERY bad cause many people couldn't make it in the end. Left only the 6 of us.(Thomas obviously didn't want to be in the picture once again lols.) Went JP nyny. Yums. :) Followed by more stoning, before we decided to go derek's house to play cards. WAHAHA. Overall, a slack day spent. (omg I'm not trying to be a racist here, which apparently is partly influenced by ben and gang and erm uma herself lols, but i really cannot see uma's face here leh!)

And on wednesday, our hockey season officially ended. We lost 1-0 to RJ. They scored during the last few minutes but I guess it was a good fight, they had their chances, we had ours. We gave our best, ran our hardest, and gave our all. It is just disappointing that once again, we were so near to top4, yet it slipped out of our grip once again. I'm really proud to be in NJ hockey cause though we may not have alot of experienced players this year, we have come this far, created miracles along the way, and improved tremendously as a team throughout the season.

Anyway, I will really miss the times training in our small D in school.

After which, some of us went for post-season dinner at a tiong bahru steamboat buffet thing. The one we went last time. OMG, it was once again, heavenly. hahaha. :P There's even free flow of cooked food as well, probably because its dinner steamboat buffet. So yup, all in all, we ate until we were so bloated. And yeps, haha, 'confrontation shots at goals' was funny, had lots of fun and laughters during dinner. :)

And then, the next day, me liu and dolly decided to do something crazy. Well, cause I guess we really wanted a break, a chance to recover mentally and physically. hahaha, ok lah, in another way we wanted to slack too. :) But it was really fun eh! Though the things we do may be abit meaningless and lame, but I really enjoyed it. :) Ivy yeo joined us halfway after her school ended too. :)

So yeps, first up, we played a game called Rapidough. Where its something like charades but presented by forming the word using the dough. Really needs alot of creativity and artistic talent eh, which apparently after the game, we realized we seem to be kinda lacking in it. :P But we had a damn fun time laughing at the 'wonderful creativity' of one another yo. :)

hahah, look at this. This is done by dolly. The word to be guessed is actually "KNEECAP". And initially, the only thing that she showed us was the bigger leg that part you know, completely no human figure, just that part. Seriously, how on earth would we know if we only see that part??!! anyway, her leg is abit out of portion after she made the whole man. lols.

And yes, look at this! If Ivy was trying to portray a burger, I think she would have kinda succeeded because it looks like one.


But sadly! NOOO!!! What she was trying to portray was A BRAIN?!??! OMGGOSHH. A brain that looks like a burger. HAHAHA. It was quite disgusting portrayed leh, lols, like a human skull cut into half showing the brain there. It was just damn funny when we knew the answer lols. Oh man, I think I'm going to be withdrawn from burgers for a few weeks, cause I'll be reminded of my brains each time I eat the fillings inside lols. But anyway, I gave 2% worth of credits because well, its kinda creative in...a weird way lah. :) hehe..


And then...there was the ship hull that apparently looked more like underwear! haha, and the 'worm' look alike strand at the side was supposed to be a fish lah I think. haha, to show that its a ship. But omggg, it really looks like an underwear with a sperm at the side leh. Ok, wait this is going abit...R rated. hahax..:P

Ok, and this is liu's van! Seriously ar, liu simplified everything leh with her dough. Like for example a mosquito, she ended up using only A SMALL DOUGH ROLLED INTO A CIRCLE, and there that's her mosquito. hahah, luckily its an animated one if not we'll never guess it right lah lols. But anyway, as you can see, her van is like just a rectangular shaped dough, not even wheels or anything. We managed to get her answer with her animation, but it was just hilarious when we saw how she just simplified a van into something like this. LOLS. 1% credit for at least the shape is alike hahaha.

And then yea, there's dolly's ocean! Which looks more like 4 earthworms with a random thing in the centre! hahaha. I think I kept insulting dolly's artwork when I kept guessing her other artpieces as worms/caterpillars, which apparently was damn far from the correct answer. haha, ehh i really didn't know lah! :P

And then...there was my deodorant too! :P hehe, ok lah, i admit that without my animation, they wouldn't have guessed it since it looked more like a fire extinguisher. heh heh, but well I tried my best! :)
Anyway, after that we went for our lunch at buddy, chatted and played for awhile, before we went back and played table tennis. :)

hahaha, extremely funny and hilarious moments that was highly entertaining. A supposedly slack game turns out to be very tiring and vigorous, probably due to the way we played. :P Videos on me and liu's lame kungfu's table tennis kept me highly amused. And ivy's "woahhh" with her exaggerated flexible back and hands action that made us laugh like mad too. So...we decided to imitate her! :P hahah.

Obviously, the original one is still the best lah. :)

Anyway, after that we went for our last official training as a team at ccab pitch as the pitch was already booked. So yep, played games against grand seniors, seniors, guys, bla bla and played the positions that I don't usually play in games, defender and forward. haha, I realized midfield is really so tiring comparatively to a forward or defender. But anyway, initially me and liu wanted to play as goalkeeper, but Ivy ng didn't wanna be a field player, so yea sadly we still couldn't try out as the GK. It was fun because there was no pressure playing on the pitch that day, since the pressure from nationals was gone.

Ok, I guess the last training kinda ends my hockey life in NJ. I'll really miss the times training with the team everywhere from the school D, to CCAB, Delta, NTU pitch, hockey village or NYP. The crazy physical trainings of george, george's scoldings, friendlies, matches, team lunches/dinners/movie outings etc, angel n mortal, and all the fun and laughters we have. We may not have won, but at least we won ourselves lasting friendships and memories that I'll remember for life. :)

Thanks J2s, Pam, Liu, Vinnie, Amanda, Dolly, Ade for making my nj hockey life so fun even though we were a really small team last year. haha, the doubts of even having enough people to send in a team(even needing the help of the floorballers for awhile), the change from coachless to OMG. LOLs. I've never regretted joining hockey because I've met a great bunch of friends like you guys who brought much fun and laughters into my life! Thanks for always being the ones who will encourage and teach me to play better hockey, for always giving me advice and practicing hockey with me. :) Specifically pam for being the best captain that we can have, for all the time and efforts you sacrificed for us. Liu min for being a great teammate and the blur and funny you that never fail to make me highly amused. Vinnie for being the best player and last man we can ask for. Amanda for being a great bus, train mate and the funny things that you always do/say. Dolly, for always listening to me and giving me advices, and being such a great goalkeeper and soulmate(yes even if you wanna deny I also don't care man). Ade for being both a great classmate and teammate, and letting me tease at you and your koko krunches! :) Thanks people. :) I love you guys!

Thanks J1s, Jennifer, Yeeni, Ivy Yeo, Ivy Ng, Josephina, Alicia, Cheryl, Xing Juan for bringing so much more life and joy into our team by just being your enthusiasts self. haha, you guys are really a cute bunch of juniors and I'm really glad that you guys have chosen hockey as your cca because if not we wouldn't have got to know you all. haha, I've seen the lame and funny side of most of you all and sometimes it really cracks me up. :) You guys improve really really fast and with more trainings, you guys can be really good! :) To those who had more chances to play this year, hope this experience in this Adiv can bring you to greater heights in preparing for next year and to those who played less, keep training hard and you'll get to showcase your skills next year! :) yep, train hard, bond hard, play hard with your team and do us proud next year yea! :) GOGOGO! We'll still come down for trainings and help out or play with you guys occasionally so don't miss us too much eh! :) hehe...:P yep love ya guys loads too! :) rock on!

Thanks the supporters especially our girls seniors, beixi, mar, puey yee, jinyin, vivien, stella for coming down to support us whenever you can make it! haha, and those screams and shouts from beixi especially, we heard them! :) And the guys side, especially norman, derek zhihao matt for always coming down to support as well! And all the dinners/lunches/outings where we had fun together! :) And of course, the grand grand grand seniors david edwin for always being the free-est who come down for almost all our trainings/pitch trainings/matches/friendlies giving us advices and helping out in coaching, haha, and photographing us. And the other grand grand grand seniors whom I don't really know haha. :)

And yes, even though he'll probably never see it, but well I guess I must really thanks george for his crazy pts, harsh scoldings, motivational comparisons(lols, remember his 1st training?), motivating praises and for believing and having so much trust in our team and dedicating so much of his time into us, purely because of his faith in us as a champion team. We didn't manage to reach up to his expectations in the end but undeniably, without him, our team would never have come so far and I would not improve as much in terms of skills wise, and yep, mental strength wise.

And thanks to those who have given me support throughout this season in one way or another, either through encouraging smses after every match or the comforing messages after our loss. Especially ness and nana, thanks alot yea! :)
